Anduril Industries Inc. has entered into a ground lease agreement with the Columbus Regional Airport Authority for 75 acres at Rickenbacker International Airport. The lease will support the development of aircraft hangar facilities, an aircraft parking ramp, and related infrastructure.
The agreement includes a primary lease term of 50 years, with the option for five additional five-year renewals. The initial annual ground rent is set at $588,060, with a 2% increase each year.
